Terms of Use
These terms of use describe how Simon's K9 Care Ltd (“we” “us” “our” "site")
(“you" "yours”) refers to you, the individual, business or organisation that has booked the field.
(“your dog/s”) means the dog/s that you bring with you to our field whether they belong to you or not.
(“the dog field”) meaning the field you have booked at Simon’s K9 Care Ltd
These are the terms and conditions on which we permit you to book and use our dog field.
Contract with You

On making a booking with us through our website, we are entering into an agreement of which this contract is subject to these terms and conditions, we ask you to agree to this each time you make a booking.

We take payment at the time of booking and until the payment has been made, your booking is not confirmed.

Your booking is for a specific day and time that you have requested, once payment accepted and you have received email conformation of your booking, you are only permitted to use the dog field during that period.

If you arrive late the booking cannot be extended, anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the additional session and may be banned from rebooking.
At your own risk
The use of our dog field and car park is at your own risk. There are various hazards for you to consider: Uneven ground, toxic plants or vegetation of which are commonly found in the countryside.
As the dog field operator, we do not accept liability for the death, injury, loss, damages or other claims made by you or anyone with you, dogs inclusive during the use of the field or car park.
Booking & Payments
We accept payment via the following method:
Online payments, will be displayed as Simon's K9 Care Ltd on your bank statement, bookings are not confirmed until payment has been made.
When you make a payment via our booking system, you are agreeing to these terms of use, you will not be able to proceed with your booking unless these terms of use have been accepted.
If you are making a booking on behalf of someone else and will not be attending the field yourself, you must ensure that all parties have read and agreed to the terms of use.
Your Obligations
Please ensure the dog/s are healthy and show no signs of sickness (eg vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy)
You must not bring your dog/s to the dog field if they, or any other household pets have shown any signs of sickness in the past 48 hours. There are some vulnerable dogs that use the dog field and not adhering to this may put other animals at risk.
All dogs attending the dog field must be up to date with current recommend vaccines (or titre tested), flea, tick and worming treatment, no dog/s to be left unattended.
If your dog is unwell in the field, please do your best to clear it up and contact us if this is not possible disease can be transmitted through Diarrhoea and vomit, so this is essential for all user’s health and safety.
If your dog has a serious accident in the field, please contact your vet or the local emergency vet. First aid kits are kept in the (shelter).
Simon’s K9 Care Ltd accepts no responsibility for any canine sickness that might come on after a visit to the field.
Use of the Field
Please ensure the lead member of the booking or the person attending the field has watched the induction video, sent after booking, before arriving at the field for the session.
Fencing
The fencing in this dog field is approximately 6 ft in height. This may vary slightly in places as the ground maybe uneven.
The gates in the dog field are 6 ft in height and 75mm cladding.
The mesh of the fence is 50mm x 100mm If this enclosure is not suitable for your dog because they can scale this fence height then your dog must always be on a lead whilst using the dog field.
If you notice any breach at all, please contact us by phone on 07484 738 584 and if you can take a picture and specify the location, this will enable us to make repairs.
Parking & Access
The gate is managed by a padlock system. The code is sent 1 hour before your booking via email and SMS and is changed frequently. After inputting the code into the padlock, you need to press the top to release it.
Please ensure you are aware of which way the gate opens and check for parked cars.
Arrival & Departure
Your session is from the time booked please avoid arriving early but if you do, please park in the shared car park. The dog field is used by reactive dogs and customers arriving early can cause significant disruption.
Your session is for 50 minutes. You must have left the premises by the end of your session time so please consider the time it will take to recall your dog, load your car and depart.
Please ensure the gate is closed and padlocked on your departure.
If you arrive and the previous user is in the field, do not approach the field as they may have a dog that is aggressive or an issue retrieving their dog that your presence will not help. Please call us on 07484 738 584 and we can contact the user.
Users that repeatedly arrive early or leave late will be refused use of the field.
Dog Behaviour & Etiquette
Whilst the dog field is designed to be a safe and private space for you to exercise and engage with your dog, we ask that you make the following considerations during your visit. If you fail to adhere to these requirements, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and may lead to refusal of bookings in the future
Please ensure you pick up your dog waste and general waste and drop it in the bins on site or take it with you, we have mixed waste bins on site.

Please keep shouting to a minimum

Please ensure that there is no persistent barking from your dog/s during your session

Please do not drop any food, litter or treats in the field

Please do not permit digging in the field unless in the dedicated areas

Please report any issues with equipment or the field as soon as possible on 07484 738 584

Please ensure all toys are taken with you and none are left in the field this includes any scraps of chewed toys or balls to avoid choke hazards or resource guarding.

Dog walking businesses or multi dog households using the mud daddy to wash multiple dogs are requested to top it up.
Waste Removal
Please ensure you pick up your dog waste and dispose of it in the dog waste bins provided, poo bags are available in numerous locations on site should you forget to bring yours.
Family, Friends & Children
You may bring other people with you to the field under the following conditions:

No more than 1 vehicle per booking.

No more than 4 people per booking unless pre-authorised.

No more than 6 Dogs per booking unless pre-authorised.

Children are welcome but you are responsible for their behaviour at all times.

Children under 18 are NOT permitted to use the dog field without an adult present.

Equipment and structures including the fence in the dog field are not child safe.
All users must be aware of these terms of use and by attending you are responsible for their behaviour and actions whilst visiting the dog field.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Simon’s K9 Care Ltd premises.
Any person found to have been smoking on the premises will be refused booking in the future. The risk of fire on site is considerable during the dryer seasons.
Vaping is strictly prohibited on site the vape fluid is highly toxic, and the batteries are harmful even fatal if dog/s ingest it.
CCTV
CCTV is in operation on site, covering the car parking area.
Business Users
If you book to use the dog field to operate your business to walk dog/s, please ensure you contact us prior to booking.
You will need to provide a copy of your public liability insurance and any appropriate qualifications to operate at Simon’s K9 Care Ltd.
